JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative and bilingual Content Creator (Arabic & English) with a passion for real estate and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for producing compelling content that promotes our properties, enhances our brand visibility, and drives engagement across all online platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role (portfolio required)
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media strategy and performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media analytics tools
  • Driving license and own equipment is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Create engaging real estate content in both Arabic and English (captions, reels, property descriptions, blogs)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
  • Manage and grow Oia Properties’ presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Attend property viewings and open houses to capture on-site media content
  • Stay current with social media trends, real estate market insights, and content best practices
