Modelle is Australia’s leading modest fashion brand — bold, elegant and loved by thousands. With 8 stores across Sydney and Melbourne and a growing online presence, we’ve built a powerful connection with our customers who seek fashion that is modern, stylish, and modest.
As we grow, we’re now looking for a Content Creator who can also be the face of our brand — someone who can confidently represent Modelle on camera, connect with our community, and create viral, high-quality content that resonates.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the on-camera face of Modelle for Reels, Stories, TikToks, Lives, and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging fashion content: try-ons, styling tips, collection launches, BTS moments, GRWM, and Q&As
- Speak directly to our audience in a friendly, confident, and relatable manner
- Work closely with our marketing team on campaign concepts and script ideas
- Shoot content in-store, at events, or from home (as needed)
- Research trends and viral formats to keep Modelle’s content fresh and relevant
- Represent Modelle in occasional media/influencer events (optional, but preferred)
- Share fashion knowledge that helps our customers make styling decisions
✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is based in Sydney or Melbourne and can visit stores for filming when needed
- Is comfortable and natural speaking to the camera — confident, clear, and charismatic
- Has strong communication skills and a personal sense of style
- Can shoot and edit basic short-form content on their phone (Reels/TikTok)
- Knows what makes content go viral and has a pulse on social trends
- Bonus: Has experience in fashion or a background in social media/content creation
- Bonus: Can self-manage shoots and work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,043.31 – $97,170.99 per year
