We’re looking for innovative and talented Digital Content Creators who can work alongside our team to develop engaging content for our clients on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram. You will be responsible for creating new assets for our team around the Champaign, Arthur, Arcola area to post on behalf of our clients. This will include shooting some of your own photography and video content designed specifically for TikTok and Instagram Stories, Ads and Reels.

• Content Development- Create engaging content for various platforms
• Brand Consistency- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Assist with creating, scheduling, and updating social media posts.
• Trend Research- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant
• Update posts to include relevant keywords and hashtags for search engine optimization.
• Take pictures & craft into content.

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with putting together social media reels
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN. and Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent communication and proofreading skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent time management skills
• Prior experience in marketing or social media required
• Adaptable to fill in where and when needed; working as a team player
• Ability to communicate, persuade, and make effective sales and marketing materials
