Develop and implement social media strategies to engage retail partners and promote company initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, execute tasks, and resolve challenges. Manage the entire video production process from ideation and scripting to filming, directing talent, editing, and publishing. Strong research, organizational, and time management abilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven collaboration and listening capabilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capacity to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy. Physical ability to bend, lift, and carry light equipment, stand or move for extended periods, and appear on camera. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and industry trends.
