Description

WHO ARE COOLR?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers.
Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Samsung (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.
With 70% growth last year the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2025 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.
We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Content Creator to join our team and bring ideas to life through lo-fi, highly engaging short-form video & static content. If you’re obsessed with TikTok and Instagram Reels, know how to shoot and edit compelling content on a phone, and love experimenting with trends, sounds, and storytelling — this role is for you. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to develop compelling content across a number of iconic brands, ensuring each piece resonates with its intended audience.

The job

  • Ideation: Ideate, script and storyboard engaging lo-fi content that’s tailored to client’s objectives and social audiences. Pitching clear ideas with all necessary considerations (e.g shot lists) to ensure smooth content execution
  • Copywriting: Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks and in-asset text that drives engagement and storytelling.
  • Lo-fi Production: Shoot and edit content using a phone or lightweight setup (no fancy gear required!)
  • Social Listening: Staying up-to-date with social trends, platform features and ever-evolving audience behaviours to inform content strategies and maintain relevance.
  • Client Presentations: Crafting compelling presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint to pitch concepts and demonstrate how ideas will be brought to life.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, editorial, design, and production, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
