Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Plan monthly content calendars for social media, website, and digital campaigns. Identify trends, opportunities, and creative ideas to enhance online presence. Content Creation Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing hotel rooms, F&B outlets, events, staff stories, and guest experiences. Coordinate and lead in-house and external photoshoots or video shoots. Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content. Social Media Management Manage and grow the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand standards. Optimize content for reach, visibility, and conversion. Brand & Reputation Management Ensure all content follows brand identity and tone of voice. Monitor online reviews and support the marketing team in responding professionally. Collaborate with PR, Sales, F&B, and Operations for content needs and campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics and create monthly content performance reports. Recommend improvements based on data insights. Coordination & Leadership Support the Marketing Manager in campaign execution and partnerships. Train team members on content standards when needed. Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and photographers. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in hospitality. Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and storytelling. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Strong understanding of social media trends and digital analytics. Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
