Lulu Properties seeks a Creative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive to drive our Real Estate brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
✓ Proven experience creating TikTok or Reels content.
✓ Write scripts and hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
✓ Strong on-camera presence and/or editing skills.
✓ Produce high-quality visual and written content including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
✓ Create engaging, high-quality TikTok videos around real estate.
✓ Research and apply current TikTok trends to increase reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing:
✓ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
✓ Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with consistent, on-brand posting schedules.
✓ Optimize website content and structure for maximum SEO performance.
✓ Create engaging blog posts, articles, and website copy that converts visitors to leads.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✓ Proven track record in Social Media Content Creation (*Tiktok & Instagram).
✓ 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real estate.
✓ Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
✓ Spouse Visa or a Valid Resident Visa with NOC.
