CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a Content Creator to support the development of structured, member-facing product content across our digital platform. This role focuses on creating clear, consistent, and configurable learning content that helps members build skills, understanding, and confidence over time.   You’ll work closely with Product Content leadership, clinical reviewers, and product partners to create modular content that can be assembled, adapted, and reused across different member experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, designing learning experiences, and building content systems that scale. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via HR@curalinc.com.  Primary Responsibilities  * Create and Maintain Structured, Member-Facing Learning Content Across Articles, Exercises, Visuals, and Interactive Formats  * Develop Modular Content that Can Be Configured and Reused Across Multiple Product Experiences  * Apply Editorial Standards, Accessibility Requirements, and Trauma-Informed Design Principles  * Partner with Clinical Reviewers to Ensure Accuracy, Appropriateness, and Clarity  * Support Content Maintenance, Updates, and Optimization within the CMS  * Collaborate with Product and Analytics Partners to Refine Content Based on Performance Insights  * Contribute to Documentation and Scalable Content Development Processes  Required/Minimum Qualifications * 3–5 Years of Experience Creating Digital, Educational, or Health-Related Content  * Strong Writing and Editing Skills with Attention to Structure and Clarity  * Experience Working with Modular, Curriculum-Style, or Programmatic Content  * Comfort Working in a CMS and Following Structured Workflows  * Interest in Mental Health, Behavior Change, and Inclusive Communication  Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Media Development, Communications, Psychology, Public Health, or a Related Field  * Experience Creating Content for Digital Health, Wellness, or Learning Platforms  * Familiarity with Learning Design or Instructional Content Development  * Experience Collaborating with Clinical or Subject Matter Experts  This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
