We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brand’s voice is consistently engaging and impactful. • Creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), keeping up with trends and ensuring the content is creative and on-brand.
• Planning, posting, and maintaining content schedules across all social media channels.
• Overseeing content creation and scheduling with the media team to ensure deadlines are met and the content maintains high quality.
• Managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and responding to followers in a timely manner.
• Analyzing social media campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and performance.
• Developing a social media plan and calendar that aligns with business goals and drives engagement.
• Collaborating with other departments, including marketing and design, to ensure content is aligned with overall company messaging.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media channels and campaigns from start to finish.
