Roles & Responsibilities

The Content Creator will be expected to prepare and present:

• Weekly content performance updates
• Monthly content performance reports
• Monthly comparison of actual results vs. targets
• Platform-wise performance analysis
• Top-performing and underperforming content analysis
• Recommendations for improving engagement and conversions
• Monthly content production and publishing report

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Digital Content Specialist, or similar role.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video/Reels and social media content.
• Good photography, videography, editing, and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Ability to work with numbers, analyze KPIs, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio of previous content work is required.
