Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill". About the role: This position is responsible for gathering and maintaining up-to-date content on assigned Four Seasons hotels and resorts, which will be used to create messaging for sales tools, direct mail, advertising, public relations, websites, etc. What you will do: Videography & Photography / Content Creation Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Plan, direct, and execute brand photoshoots, agency shoots, and internal content productions as required. Produce high-quality promotional, seasonal, entertaining, and educational photo and video content for digital and offline channels. Liaise with restaurants, spa, and other departments to create videos and photography for special days, events, launches, and promotions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source internal models, manage styling, and ensure visual output aligns with the brand’s personality. Assist with the coordination of social media influencers and media visits, working closely with relevant hotel departments. Create seasonal promotional campaigns to support revenue generation, collaborating with PR, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Operations. Obtain input from management to ensure content meets brand standards, messaging, and organizational expectations. Examine existing workflows and recommend improvements to strengthen content creation processes and efficiencies. Maintain and update the internal archive of photography and video assets. Handle and maintain all photography and video equipment responsibly and professionally. Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activity, new production techniques, and the evolving digital ecosystem to recommend innovative approaches. Produce and contribute visual material for any media representing the hotel. Graphic Design & Visual Communications Create graphic designs and layouts for presentations, brochures, collaterals, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and general marketing materials related to the promotion of the resorts. Edit and adapt photographic and video assets for use in digital and print design applications. Translate strategic direction into high-quality visual designs that align with established brand guidelines. Develop both digital and print-ready artwork, balancing creativity with brand consistency. Liaise with print agencies and external vendors to bring the hotel’s marketing and collateral materials to life. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints while supporting internal clients. Maintain and organize the internal archive of design files, templates, and creative assets. Professional Standards & Collaboration Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders. Provide responsive, courteous, and professional support to employees, guests, and vendors. Work harmoniously and respectfully with co-workers and supervisors. What you bring: Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus. Background or degree in film studies, photography, or a related field. 2 years of experience as a photographer and videographer. Knowledge of graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficiency required in camera operation, sound equipment, and the overall production and post-production process (editing, animations, effects). Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A strong eye for visual composition - ideally with an eye for F&B photography/videography & architecture. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
