We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator – Hotel Activities to bring those stories to life across digital platforms. If you love being where the action is, capturing real moments, and turning them into engaging content — this role has your name on it. As Content Creator – Hotel Activities, you will support the development and execution of a content strategy aligned with short- and long-term marketing goals. Working closely with your Manager, Marketing and Design teams, you will create dynamic content that showcases the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and guest experiences. This is a creative, fast-paced role that blends storytelling, collaboration and on-the-ground execution. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Support the development of content strategy aligned with marketing objectives Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to plan content style, tone and layout Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activity promotions Content Creation & Execution Produce high-engagement content highlighting hotel activities and guest experiences Execute written content and support visual direction in line with campaign briefs Rewrite and refine copy to ensure clarity, simplicity and strong brand voice Capture real-time content during events, activities and special moments Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay up to date with content trends and digital developments Generate fresh ideas to maintain audience interest and drive engagement Compliance & Brand Standards Ensure all content complies with copyright, data protection and brand guidelines Maintain consistency with the luxury positioning of the Rixos brand Qualifications What We’re Looking For Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability Confident communicator with an outgoing personality Comfortable working around guests, events and live activities Strong writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Understanding of social media platforms and engagement techniques Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Basic photography and short-form video skills are a strong advantage Additional Information The opportunity to join an international and innovative and fast-growing group, committed not only to building new hotels, but to creating a global brand.
