【Your Day to Day】 • マーケティングコミュニケーションズマネージャーおよびダイレクターの要件に合わせ、カード・フライヤー・ポスターなどのホテル販促物のデザインおよび制作を行う • 写真・映像撮影をエンドツーエンドで管理する：オペレーションチームとの調整、ビジュアルコンセプトの作成、スタイリングおよびデコレーションの準備、当日の撮影進行・スケジュール管理 • マーケティングコミュニケーションズマネージャーおよびダイレクターの支援のもと、ブランドコンプライアンス確認のための校正とフィードバックを行う • SNSプラットフォーム向けに通常フィード投稿、リール、カルーセルなどの革新的なコンテンツコンセプトを生み出す • ラグジュアリーゲストの期待に応えるコンテンツのクオリティ向上に向けたクリエイティブなアイデアを提案する • ホテルの集中写真・映像ライブラリを整備・管理する • ブローシャー・プレゼンテーション資料・月次プロモーションポスター・バナー・リーフレット・随時アナウンス素材など、社内POS（販売促進）ツールおよびコラテラルを担当・管理する • ブランドの一貫性とクオリティを担保するため、すべてのマーケティング販促物の定期監査とメンテナンスを実施する【必要スキル・条件】 • 実績のある経験：クリエイティブまたはコンテンツ制作の類似職種における実績。ラグジュアリーホスピタリティまたはプレミアムブランド環境での経験があれば尚可（必須ではない） • エンドツーエンドの制作管理：コンセプト立案から撮影、編集、最終納品まで、写真・映像プロジェクト全工程を管理する能力 • マルチチャネルコンテンツ制作：多様なクリエイティブ素材、マーケティングコラテラル、モバイル最適化SNSコンテンツを幅広く制作できる能力 • ブランド理解とクリエイティビティ：グローバルブランドガイドラインを厳守しながら、新しいビジュアルスタイルを探求・実験する好奇心と創造性を持ち合わせる能力 • トレンドへの感度：SNSプラットフォーム、アルゴリズム、最新のデジタル・クリエイティブトレンドへの深い理解 • 語学力：日本語ネイティブ（またはJLPT N1相当）、ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力 • 対人スキル：クロスファンクショナルな同僚や外部パートナーとの協働において、優れた共感力・感情的知性・コラボレーション能力を発揮できる • 細部へのこだわり：クラフツマンシップへの誇りを持ち、視覚的な美しさと品質管理に対して細心の注意を払う • プロフェッショナルな存在感：洗練された身だしなみと、温かく自信に満ちた真にホスピタブルなパーソナリティ • 技術的習熟度：Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop・Illustrator・Premiere Pro含む）またはこれらに相当する業界標準デザイン・編集ソフトウェアの高度な操作スキル【Your Day to Day】 • Design and produce hotel collaterals, including cards, flyers, and posters, tailored to the requirements of the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Marketing Communications. • Manage photo & video shoots end-to-end: liaise with operations teams, draft visual concepts, prepare styling and decorations, drive the shoot, and maintain the schedule on the day. • Proofread and provide feedback for brand compliance checks, supported by the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Marketing Communications. • Generate innovative concepts for social media platforms, including standard feed posts, reels, and carousels. • Propose creative ideas to elevate and upscale content in line with luxury guest expectations. • Maintain and organise the hotel's centralised photo and video library. • Take ownership of in-house point-of-sale (POS) materials and collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, monthly promotional posters, banners, leaflets, and ad-hoc announcements. • Conduct routine audits and maintenance of all marketing collaterals to ensure brand consistency and quality. 【 Required Skills】 • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of success in a similar creative or content creation role, ideally within a luxury hospitality or premium brand environment, but not essential. • End-to-End Production: Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of photography and videography projects, from conceptual planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. • Multi-Channel Content Creation: Capability to produce a wide range of creative assets, marketing collaterals, and mobile-optimised social media content. • Brand Literacy & Creativity: Strong ability to strictly adhere to global brand guidelines while maintaining the curiosity and creativity to explore and experiment with fresh visual styles. • Trend Savviness: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current digital and creative trends. • Language Proficiency: Native Japanese speaker (or equivalent to JLPT N1 level) with business-level English communication skills. • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional empathy, emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional colleagues and external partners. • Attention to Detail: Deep pride in craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and quality control. • Professional Presence: Polished personal presentation paired with a warm, confident, and genuinely hospitable personality. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) or equivalent industry-standard design and editing software.
