Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a hybrid role for a modern storyteller—someone who can capture and produce stunning content that fuels Rumpl’s visual presence across our website, product launches, and campaigns. From lifestyle shoots in the wild to polished studio setups, you’ll help inject soul, energy, and creativity into everything we put out into the world.
You’ll also help keep our social channels feeling fresh—not as the main focus, but as an extension of the stories you bring to life. If you’re a scrappy self-starter with an eye for aesthetics, an ear for what resonates, and a passion for telling brand stories through content—we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Create Aspirational, Scroll-Stopping Content
  • Scout, capture and produce brand-aligned photography and short-form video across channels - including social, email, website, and paid media channels
  • Manage talent, vendors, locations, and post-production pipelines
  • Build and maintain a content library for marketing and ecommerce teams
  • Lead in-house studio & lifestyle photography efforts, owning all aspects of production
  • Edit Reels, TikToks, and lo-fi content with creative flair and speed
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Ecomm teams to develop a content pipeline that supports product launches, campaigns, and always-on storytelling
  • Support the design and setup of Rumpl’s in-house photo studio, including props, staging, and development
  • Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh ideas to the table every week
  • Assist with event content capture and experiential activations
  1. Own Social Media Execution
  • Elevate UGC strategy and work with micro-influencers to keep our channels buzzing
  • Help manage the organic social calendar across all platforms, including organic social posting
  • Write on-brand, scroll-worthy captions that connect
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies for growth and engagement
  • Align with broader marketing campaigns while staying nimble and reactive to trends
