Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality video content across multiple platforms (social media, YouTube, website, etc.)
• Operate DSLR cameras and gimbal equipment for professional video production shoots
• Edit and post-produce video content using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Perform color grading, color correction, and visual effects on video projects
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content strategies aligned with brand vision
• Manage content calendars and meet production deadlines
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders on creative direction and feedback
• Stay updated with latest trends in content creation and video production
• Maintain organized file management and project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3+ years of professional experience in video production and content creation
• Expert-level proficiency in DSLR camera operation and knowledge of cinematography
• Advanced video editing skills with hands-on experience using professional editing software
• Proven experience operating gimbal and camera stabilization equipment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and creative content work
• Proficiency in color grading, motion graphics, and post-production techniques
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
