Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Content Creator to join our Marketing team. Your mission? Capture the energy, fun, and impact of our parkour programs and bring them to life through video, photos, and stories across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
This is a hands-on role—you’ll be on-site filming, editing, posting, and testing content weekly. You’ll help us grow our reach, drive organic engagement, and lower our customer acquisition costs by making sure our content cuts through the noise and connects with the right audience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Production:

  • Film and photograph classes, camps, events, and special moments across our locations for all marketing needs.
  • Edit engaging, on-brand short-form videos and image content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Build a library of reusable, categorized content (e.g. testimonials, skills, behind-the-scenes).

Content Scheduling & Publishing:

  • Manage the content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Publish content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Copywriting & Messaging:

  • Write clear, fun, and engaging captions and video hooks in line with our brand tone.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation:

  • Track post performance and suggest improvements.
  • Test new formats, trends, and ideas to improve reach and engagement.
  • Support the overall goal of reducing CAC through organic content success.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and coaches.
  • Coordinate content coverage for key campaigns, events, and launches.
