JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across multiple platforms to enhance our online presence, attract qualified leads, and support our sales and marketing goals. This role combines strategic thinking, real estate market awareness, and storytelling to drive brand visibility and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
• Strong portfolio of published work, including social media, blogs, or campaigns.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, real estate trends, and UAE property market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Understanding of real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24, Property Finder, Bayut).
• Experience working with influencers or managing personal branding for agents.
• Photography/videography skills are a plus.
