As we expand our digital presence, we’re seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator to help us tell our story, engage our audience, and drive meaningful growth through powerful content.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a talented Content Creator who can produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and property listings. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and connecting with our target audience. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a content creator, digital marketer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio of work (including social media content, videos, and/or blog posts)
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Interest or background in real estate marketing is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • Photography/videography skills are a strong advantage
  • Available to join immediately
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Design and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) to showcase properties and promote services
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, ads, and promotional materials
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos of real estate listings when needed
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content for engagement and reach
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and digital content innovations
