JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that showcase our brand’s identity, culinary creations, and unique dining experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Hootsuite).
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts that align with our brand.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Content Development: Create high-quality content, including photography, videography, graphics, and written posts, that align with the various Hotaru Holdings brands identity and marketing goals.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
• Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute content for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that highlight our brands, dishes, chefs, and restaurant culture, enhancing our connection with our audience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content and strategies.
• Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure consistency in messaging and style across all digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and more.
• Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
