About Level Up Productions Level Up Productions is a full-service concert and live event production company. From intimate showcases to large-scale festivals, we bring unforgettable experiences to life through music, stage design, lighting, and show-stopping performances. As we grow our roster of shows and events, we’re looking for a skilled Content Creator & Social Media Marketer to help us share the magic with the world-on stage and online.
The Role This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, has a passion for live music, and knows how to capture the energy of an event through digital content. You’ll be responsible for building our online presence, creating dynamic content from our concerts and events, and managing our social media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital storytelling
  • Strong skills in video editing, photography, and visual design
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools
  • Excellent copywriting and understanding of platform-specific tone and trends
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments like concerts and festivals
  • Must be available for weekend and evening events as needed
  • A passion for live music and youth culture is a big plus
    Start Date: ASAP
    Duration: 3-6 months (with opportunity to transition into a full-time role)
    Compensation: $20-25/hr. Competitive and based on experience
    Work Location: Onsite - must be available events and content shoots

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our audience and drive ticket sales
  • Create engaging content (videos, reels, graphics, photos, copy) before, during, and after events
  • Attend concerts and shoots to capture behind-the-scenes footage, crowd energy, and performances
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with event timelines and announcements
  • Edit video and photo content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy as needed
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends, especially in music and events
