Job Overview:
As a Content Creator (Social Media) at UOFFER GLOBAL, you will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads through online and offline marketing activities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify prospective students, engage with them via social media platforms (including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin), and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion. You will assist in creating engaging content, organizing marketing events, and ensuring seamless communication with potential clients, moving them closer to making decisions. Ideal Profiles
1. Local Connector
Deep knowledge of your city’s student ecosystem, local life, and social circles
Strong personal network among Chinese students, student unions, community groups, and local businesses
Able to build and manage WeChat groups, host offline/online events, and connect resources
Capable of identifying trends, student needs, and partnership opportunities efficiently
2. Content Creator
Experienced in content creation and operations on platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Douyin, Instagram
Understands platform logic and can plan attractive content around studying abroad, student life, or UK living
Proven ability to generate traffic, leads, or conversions (e.g. promoting services, courses, or local businesses)
Able to share past performance (screenshots, case studies, etc.) is a big plus
3. Personality-Driven
High emotional intelligence, collaborative attitude, and able to follow directions with fast response
Creative thinker with the ability to improve and iterate content ideas
Outgoing, confident, camera-friendly, and open to building a personal brand or online presence
4. Visual & Style (Bonus)
Visually presentable, stylish, with a good sense of aesthetics
Able to produce high-quality videos or photos with good editing or layout skills
Familiar with tools like Jianying, Meitu, Canva, etc.
