POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our company’s brand image and resonates with our target audience across various platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing principles, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to create visually appealing multimedia content.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in content creation or a similar role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to create engaging, clear, and concise content for various platforms.
• Ability to generate new and innovative content ideas.
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to new trends, tools, and technologies.
• Experience with Graphic Design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, is a plus.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.

• Create high-quality content that aligns with the company’s brand.
• Act as an on-camera personality for video content, bringing energy and authenticity to the brand.
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and objectives.
• Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, and trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company brand voice, style, and guidelines.
• Track content performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and create content that meets their needs and interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Generate reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new content formats, and emerging platforms.
• Experiment with creative ideas and formats to keep the brand innovative.
• Willing to travel between different locations, the warehouse, and the office to secure content.
