We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team and work with our clients on-site. This is a hands-on role, combining content ideation, shoots, and editing — producing both polished professional assets and organic iPhone-first content tailored for today’s platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Ideation & Creation: Generate fresh, trend-led content ideas that align with client brands and objectives.
  • On-Site Shoots: Attend 2x weekly shoots across London and Oxfordshire (mix of pro camera and iPhone-led content).
  • Editing & Post-Production: Deliver high-quality edits using tools such as Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the team to bring ideas to life, ensuring a smooth process from concept through delivery.
  • Content Systems: Organise and manage content pipelines effectively (using Notion and other tools).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a content creation role.
  • Technical Skills: Confident with professional video cameras, lighting setups, iPhone content creation, and editing software.
  • Knowledgeable: Solid grasp of social trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Attributes:

  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Must have a car for travel between shoot locations

Role Details

  • Hours: 16 hours per week to start, with the potential to grow into full-time by 2026
  • Work Style: Remote & flexible. No set office, but occasional use of hubs such as Soho Farmhouse or Soho White City.
  • Contract: Permanent role.
