Our relocation agents specialise in helping corporate executives and families relocate to Sydney, finding the right property rental solution – be it long term property lease or short-term stays.

JOB SUMMARY

This role creates and publishes content, photos and videos designed to promote The Apartment Service properties, and our brand, to social media and digital platforms to grow our audience, brand reach and sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, marketing or other relevant qualification;
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation and strong knowledge of organic social media content and trends;
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Cap-Cut, Creatopy and/or Adobe Express; * Experience with shooting UGC-style video and photography and editing this content;
  • Strong attention to detail & high-level communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; * Passion for creative ideation, design, research and writing;
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with the accommodation and property market would be ideal but not essential.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop visually appealing photos, short videos, and written content that highlight unique features of listed properties.
  • Write compelling property descriptions, blog posts, and guest engagement emails.

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to showcase properties and attract potential guests.
  • Manage interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement with followers.

Marketing Strategy & Optimisation

  • Monitor post performance and audience insights to adjust content strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach.
  • Identify trends in the short-term rental industry and integrate them into the content plan.

Guest Engagement & Brand Building

  • Develop content that enhances the guest experience and builds trust in the brand.
  • Highlight guest testimonials, user-generated content, and positive reviews.
