McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a talented Content Creator to work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to help organize and implement the marketing strategy. The Content Creator will be responsible for visually telling our story and showcasing our projects. McBride Homes is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately-owned builder in the United States and the 66th largest overall according to Builder Magazine. In 2024, we successfully completed 1,008 closings, a testament to our commitment to excellence in home building. This is an in-office position located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Proven experience in videography and photography, especially in construction or real estate.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with drone operation and safety regulations.
  • Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in content creation (5+ years preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction projects, completed homes, and client testimonials to showcase the company’s craftsmanship and design aesthetic.
  • Utilize drone technology to capture aerial views and unique angles of properties, providing a fresh perspective on new builds and developments.
  • Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and strategize creative content ideas that align with promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve content quality and engagement.
  • Conduct research on competitor content strategies and audience preferences to identify opportunities for innovative content creation, ensuring that the company remains competitive and relevant in the home-building industry.
  • Organize and archive photos and videos, ensuring easy access for future use in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client presentations.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize, track, perform, and report on multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Appreciation of deadlines is essential.
