This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) ideal for someone who’s excited about design, real estate, restaurants, and creating engaging content that captures the transformation and beauty of our projects.

  • Help with scripting, storyboarding, and developing shot lists as needed
  • Develop and pitch creative content ideas that showcase our house flips, new construction, and staging projects
  • Post regularly across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) to grow engagement and brand awareness
  • Actively engage with all followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, professional tone
  • Research and follow local Long Island real estate professionals; like, comment, and engage consistently to build community and visibility
  • Monitor trends and platform insights to optimize content and grow our follower base
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with current projects, promotions, and business goals
