THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Content Data Manager in the Data & Performance team at Zalando’s in-house Content Production Studio, you will analyze and interpret data to provide insights that will support business decisions and drive growth. In this role, you will translate business problems into analytical questions to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Furthermore, using the data you will highlight potential production opportunities, investigate and transform those into valuable insights for the entire business. You consult with your stakeholders in data-driven decision making and closely monitor the resulting initiatives.
We have generated a vast amount of data throughout the fashion ecosystem. All the gathered data is being used to solve new business cases, to understand and serve customers better. You will have the possibility to exploit the available data and to drive real business impact for the studio.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Carry out deep dive analysis to drive business decisions and strategy.
  • Create reports and dashboards, identify opportunities and issues, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Help to define and iterate KPIs that help us to steer and evaluate our strategy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of low & high complexity.
