Company Description We’re Lendi Group – We look after the Lendi & Aussie brands, Australia’s top mortgage broking brands. Today, Aussie is now so much more than home loans – helping Australian’s find, buy, and own property. That means more stories, more content, and a bigger stage. We’re building one of the sharpest in house creative agencies in the country and we want YOU in the room. And we’re now looking for a Content Designer. This is a role for someone obsessed with design and hungry to learn. We’re building a high-performing, in-house creative machine and we need a fast, craft obsessed designer. Job Description You’ll join an in-house marketing team to enhance omni-channel engagement. We are an established team that will see you contribute to the creation and execution of assets across key platforms. You’ll be part of our in-house creative studio – a team building one of the sharpest brand and content machines in property. This isn’t a “wait for a brief” design role. We need someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves variety, and is equally confident concepting a TikTok post, a glossy brochure, or a billboard on the freeway. You’ll design across the full funnel - from TOFU to BOFU, working side by side with our content, marketing, and retail teams to bring our Aussie & Lendi brands to life. Design print brochures, flyers and in-store collateral to support the Aussie retail store network and brokers. Develop and roll out OOH advertising: billboards, large-format print, and high-impact digital screens. Your digital skills will see you elevate our website & craft beautiful EDMs. Bring campaigns to life across multiple formats – working closely with copywriters, content producers and marketers. Own the quality of creative, from concept through to delivery, across fast-turnaround and planned projects. Contribute proactively to brainstorms and campaign ideation – not just design what you’re handed. Qualifications Who You Are You’re a hands-on designer who can flex across formats and channels. You understand what works in a feed, what works in a store, and what works on a billboard. You balance speed with craft and are always hungry to learn new tools and sharpen your output. You’ll need: 2-4 years’ design experience (in-house or agency) Strong Adobe InDesign (essential), Illustrator & Photoshop skills Confidence in Canva for fast-turnaround, social-first design A sharp eye for layout, typography & brand consistency Experience across both print & digital content Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines Bonus points if you have: Premiere Pro or After Effects skills for video & motion Concept/storytelling ability Social-first editing (Reels, TikTok) Illustration or animation skills Knowledge of AI image/video tools You’ll Thrive Here If...
