JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Content Developer will be responsible for supporting our Take 5 Oil Change Brand with developing, editing, tracking, and storing all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the 700+ corporately owned Take 5 Oil Change shops. This role will build a pipeline of new services or existing processes / roles to keep as updated as possible. They will also need to help develop an online solution to store all SOPs / processes for the field to review when they have questions. This role will work directly with key operational leaders, HR, Loss Prevention, IT, and Safety to ensure coverage and completeness of each process. This role will also work directly with Training Development to create training for field operators including storyboarding SOP content for LMS training creation. During new projects / initiatives, this role will involve creating an SOP from scratch, and ensuring completion with project team, field leaders, and support partners.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Take 5 Oil Change you will work closely with the Operations Field Leaders, Regional Training Managers and support center partners to drive awareness and comprehension of all key processes impacting the field across the operations system.
