This role focuses on social media, campaigns, and communication, helping bring ideas to life and keep everything consistent and engaging. We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and excited about storytelling — especially someone who enjoys social media and wants to grow their skills. Experience or interest in addiction recovery or mental health is a plus. What You’ll Do: Manage and update digital content calendar Create, schedule, and post content across social media Support marketing campaigns and events Write and edit content (with support from AI tools) Work with the designer to create visuals Track performance and adjust content as needed Social Media (Big Focus): Post and manage content daily Engage with followers and build community Identify new platforms that should be used for WisHope brands Help grow accounts on all social platforms Identify strong content and boost it SEO & Ads (Basic Level): Work with our SEO/ads team to align content Help support blog and campaign topics Learn and improve over time What We’re Looking For: Strong social media skills (especially TikTok) Good writing and storytelling ability Basic understanding of SEO and ads (or willingness to learn) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
