This role plays a key part in ensuring our content is engaging, on brand, and thoughtfully designed to connect patients, families, referral partners, and team members across our organization. What You’ll Do As a Content Development Specialist, you will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging content to drive awareness, consideration, and referral conversion, while maintaining the Diversicare brand voice, look, and feel. This role requires a blend of strong content development skills and foundational graphic design experience, supporting the creation of visual assets such as flyers, social media content, and other branded materials. While this is not a dedicated graphic designer role, it does require hands-on graphic development in support of branding and communications initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Communications team and cross functional partners across the organization to identify content opportunities, develop written and visual assets, support initiatives, and ensure content is optimized and aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include: Concept and execute compelling and industry innovative content and messaging while maintaining the Diversicare brand voice, look, and feel. Develop basic graphic assets to support content needs, including flyers, social media graphics, and other branded materials. Create relevant, compelling, and consistent product copy for digital (e.g. websites, blogs, press releases, etc.) and print channels. Proofread content and coordinate with outside proofreaders when needed. Self-edit and proofread copy to ensure messaging speaks to the target audience, is grammatically correct, and adheres to in-house brand guidelines and voice. Apply consistent quality and accuracy filter to all written and visual communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Ensure accuracy of copy and messaging by working closely with cross functional teams on specific details related to services and initiatives. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Identify gaps and areas of opportunity for content across websites, digital platforms, and other communication channels. Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts, with emphasis on company interests. Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed. Qualifications What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work well in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create basic graphic assets in support of content and branding initiatives. Experience with Social Media management and creating engaging content Knowledge of Word Press (EOE)
