YOUR BACKGROUND, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in devising and executing digital marketing plans and measuring success.
  • Experience setting up and managing Paid Media (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Creativity and willingness to contribute ideas, alongside a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems (ideally WordPress) and editing website content.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience reporting on ROI of paid marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage varied workload to meet deadlines.
  • B2B digital marketing: 3-5 years in digital marketing.
  • Design skills: 2-5 years of producing digital assets in B2B.
  • Hands-on marketer: Proven ability to design, execute and analyse campaigns.
  • Strong data skills: A track record of collecting and analysing data and KPIs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Content & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy. This role involves:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Creating and optimising digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and PPC campaigns
  • SEO Marketing: Use of SEO and content marketing to drive web traffic and leads
  • Data-Driven Insights: Manage and analyse datasets to identify trends and create compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions
  • Content Creation: Research industry topics and produce resources such as blogs, reports and whitepapers
  • Graphic Design: Producing digital brochures, infographics, and images for social media, blogs and email marketing
  • Content Strategy: Create and manage a content calendar, working closely with other teams to deliver content aligned with business strategy.

ROLE DETAILS:

  • Position type: Full-time (34 hours a week.)
  • 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Remote work: Fully remote with occasional travel within the UK to collaborate face to face.
    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 13 months
    Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
