Position Summary The Content & Digital Media Specialist plays a critical role in creating high-performing lead generation and nurture campaigns. This role is responsible for creating campaign-focused content that attracts, engages, and converts new prospects while supporting outbound sales efforts and ongoing nurture programs. This position blends strong B2B writing skills with hands-on digital design, supporting the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept and messaging to execution and optimization. The Content & Digital Media Specialist will create marketing emails, landing pages, social content, and campaign assets (whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, and more). Many assets will be both written and designed by this role, primarily using Canva. The ideal candidate understands how content supports pipeline growth, sales conversations, and value proposition messaging, and is comfortable collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and technical subject-matter experts. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Campaign Content Develop content to support lead generation campaigns, including marketing emails, landing pages, gated assets, and supporting visuals. Create nurture content for prospects who engage with campaigns but are not yet sales-ready, aligning messaging to buyer stage and intent. Write sales-aligned emails designed to appear as one-to-one outreach from Sales, supporting outbound prospecting and follow-up. Content Creation & Design Write and design campaign assets such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, one-pagers, sales slicks, and presentations (often owning both copy and layout in Canva). Produce social media content, including posts tied to campaigns, including captions and visuals (graphics, photos, carousels, etc.). Translate technical concepts and solutions into clear, customer-focused value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Collaboration & Enablement Partner with internal subject-matter experts, Sales, and technical teams to gather insights and develop accurate, compelling content. Support sales enablement by creating content that reinforces key messaging, objections handling, and differentiation for outbound and follow-up use. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all content. Execution & Optimization Build and publish content using marketing and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Planner, SharePoint). Maintain content calendars, campaign workflows, and asset libraries. Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support ideation, drafting, and optimization while maintaining quality and brand standards. Requirements Preferred Qualifications and Experience 3–5 years of experience creating B2B marketing content, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, demand generation, or sales enablement. Proven ability to write value-driven messaging that supports outbound prospecting and pipeline growth. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills; experience adapting content for different channels and buyer stages. Hands-on experience with digital design tools, particularly Canva (required). Experience creating campaign-based social content, including captions and visuals. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Planner, Teams, and Outlook. Experience using AI content tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Strong project management and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way. Portfolio of relevant writing and content samples required.
