Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our content editors are experienced professionals who provide the final review and professional editing of internal and external documentation. This includes articles, training scripts, website content, copyediting, and various other forms of content.

As a content editor you will:

  • Evaluate all forms of internal and external communication with respect to content, style, readability, organization, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Perform proofreading and collaborate with the Senior Content Editor to ensure content is ready for publication.
  • Review marketing materials and other copy and products as necessary.
  • Make changes to ensure all communications are consistent and appropriately reflect the organization’s brand and standards.
  • Document and track all changes and discussions regarding changes.
  • Verify source data, facts, and statistics using identified referencing standards, in collaboration with the HR compliance team.
  • Read, detect, and correct language errors such as spelling and grammar.
  • Discuss writing and content concerns with department leadership as needed.
  • Use analytics to refine editorial choices and measure the effectiveness of potential changes.
