We’re now looking for a Content Strategy Lead to join the team. This is a senior position combining hands-on content leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring that our output is audience-first, brand-consistent, and optimised for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy & execution: Oversee planning, publishing, and optimisation of content across LADbible Group’s brands.
  • Mentor & inspire: Guide and develop editorial colleagues, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Monitor performance and platform shifts, adapting strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and monetisation.
  • Share insights: Communicate clear, data-led insights to editorial and leadership teams to inform decision-making.
  • Drive sourcing strategy: Strengthen content pipelines and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Experiment & innovate: Champion A/B testing, trial new formats, and embed best practice across the team.
  • Ensure compliance: Keep content aligned with Meta’s Content Monetisation Policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with analytics, platform specialists, and editorial leads to deliver world-class content.
