Content & Engagement Specialist at ZeroNorth We are looking for a driven Content & Engagement Specialist to join our Communications & Public Affairs team. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, perfect for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to operate at the intersection of business strategy and creative storytelling. You will not just "manage social media"; you will own the channel that projects our voice to the world, while also driving high-level projects like the engagement with the ZeroNorth Advisory Board. We are looking for someone with a business mindset, someone who understands that great content isn't just about "likes," but about driving commercial impact and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities: Lead ZeroNorth’s social media presence end-to-end. From content planning and copywriting to publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting. Translate complex strategic priorities into clear, engaging content. You will work closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every post supports our broader business objectives. Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate research, draft content, and optimize workflows. We expect you to be curious about how AI can make communications more efficient. Drive key communications initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholders. A primary focus will be coordinating communication and engagement for the ZeroNorth Advisory Board, ensuring high-quality execution. Prepare professional, sharp presentations and communication materials that support internal and external stakeholders in telling the ZeroNorth story. Your Profile: 1–3 years of experience in communications, content creation, or a related commercial role. (Relevant student jobs and internships count). Excellent written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You can write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. You are highly structured. You can manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without losing track of the details. You are comfortable with social media platforms and analytics. Crucially, you are AI-curious and ready to use LLMs to scale your output. You have a strong business mindset. You prioritize work based on company objectives, not just creative impulse. You are a proactive self-starter. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify the story, make the plan, and execute. You have a high attention to detail.
