  • Collaborate with Product Teams to document and organise new Alert IDs.
  • Convert existing Product Manual How-To Guides into concise, reusable Expert Knowledge articles
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Executive to support both our Group Documentation & Translation team and the Domino Knowledge team on a hybrid working basis. This is a unique opportunity to work across two high-impact functions that play a key role in how Domino delivers valuable knowledge - both internally and to our customers.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll contribute to content creation, digital publishing, and knowledge management initiatives, helping us streamline, organise, and scale content across platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Supporting the Documentation & Translation Team:

  • Create and manage translation jobs within the Component Content Management System (CCMS).
  • Assist with agile project admin and coordination.
  • Support digital publishing workflows.
  • Work alongside the Digital Project Manager on HTML-based content updates.
  • Help migrate FrameMaker documents into the CCMS environment.

Supporting the Domino Knowledge Team:

  • Review and cleanse Alert ID records for accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to document and organise new Alert IDs.
  • Convert existing Product Manual How-To Guides into concise, reusable Expert Knowledge articles.
