COMPENSATION: BASED ON 4-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Content Experience: UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience in CMS layout and HTML to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly experiences within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role focuses on designing curated CMS “content digest” pages to help global marketing users easily navigate and discover assets. This role blends design sensibility, UX/UI expertise, and content strategy with hands-on CMS building and metadata/taxonomy optimization. Use your expertise to create pages and evolve processes to make the content platform more scalable and user-friendly. This is a remote role (eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI). For those residing in the Austin areas there will be occasional onsite for meetings and training.

  • Design and build CMS pages: Create visually appealing, brand-compliant pages within the DAM CMS that guide users to key assets and campaigns, ensuring layouts are intuitive and accessible for all experience levels
  • Elevate the user experience: Map and analyze user journeys to improve content discovery, search effectiveness, and navigation flows within the DAM
  • Work hands-on with HTML/CSS: Customize layouts, templates, and page components for optimal usability
  • Drive scalable solutions: Partner with internal teams to shift from one-off page creation toward reusable, scalable approaches that leverage DAM platform capabilities
  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to design experiences and enhance content findability
  • Support content operation: Assist with file uploads, tagging, and metadata governance to support high-priority content initiatives

SKILLS:

  • Experience with CMS (AEM, Drupal, or WordPress) and DAMs (Bynder, Orange Logic, ADAM, Frontify, or SiteCore)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
