This is not a traditional content role. You’ll help build and operate an AI-powered, agentic content engine designed to scale awareness, authority, organic growth, and pipeline contribution across both search and AI-driven discovery.    You’ll combine storytelling, SEO, product positioning, AI workflows, and growth thinking to create differentiated content that cuts through in a crowded SaaS market. If you love building systems, experimenting with AI, creating content that genuinely influences buying decisions, and working with a team that moves fast and thinks ambitiously, you’ll thrive in this role.   Key Responsibilities  Content strategy, growth & authority  * Own and execute Starshipit’s content and organic growth strategy, aligned to awareness, acquisition, conversion, pipeline and revenue. * Grow visibility across SEO, AI-driven discovery, LinkedIn, PR, communities, industry publications and other relevant channels. * Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to improve organic acquisition, conversion journeys, experimentation and funnel performance. * Lead SEO, AEO and AI discoverability, including intent research, content optimisation, digital PR and authority-building activity. * Build scalable distribution and repurposing systems that extend content reach and impact. * Measure and optimise content performance, organic visibility, authority signals and pipeline contribution. AI & content engine transformation  * Lead Starshipit’s shift from traditional content marketing to AI-powered content systems. * Design AI-enabled workflows that create, test, optimise, repurpose and scale content efficiently. * Build repeatable systems that improve quality, speed and impact through automation and performance insights. * Evaluate emerging AI tools and apply what matters to keep Starshipit ahead in content,  search and discovery. Content Creation & Market Narrative  * Create high-quality content across blogs, social, case studies, landing pages, webinars, reports, video and product storytelling. * Develop insight-led content grounded in customer needs, market trends, data and strong points of view on ecommerce shipping and logistics. * Translate Starshipit’s positioning into compelling stories for retailers and ecommerce brands. * Create product-led content that highlights workflows, use cases, customer outcomes and platform value. * Own Starshipit’s content voice and tone, ensuring consistency across channels and formats. * Manage freelancers, agencies and external contributors to scale content while maintaining quality. * Collaborate across marketing, product, sales and customer teams to keep our brand voice consistent. Skills & Experience  * Proven experience leading content strategy and execution * Strong SEO experience, including technical SEO, digital PR and outreach. * Strong understanding of how AI is shaping search, discovery and content marketing. * Experience using or building AI-supported content workflows. * Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a clear, differentiated point of view. * Ability to turn positioning into commercially relevant messaging. * Commercial mindset and understanding of how content supports pipeline, revenue and growth. * Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners. * Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities
Lead the transition from traditional content marketing to an AI-powered content engine to drive organic growth and pipeline. Develop high-quality, insight-led content and distribution systems to increase brand authority and visibility across search and AI discovery channels.
