Description

Creandum, one of Europe’s leading early-stage venture capital firms, is seeking a Content Lead to join its marketing team.
The marketing team is responsible for shaping the public image and reputation of Creandum, building awareness of its exceptional track record in backing Europe’s most successful startups. The team is responsible for building and communicating with key audiences, as well as ensuring that the Creandum brand is presented clearly and consistently across all channels, from social to events through to PR. The team also provides support to portfolio companies in shaping and telling their stories, as well as building out their marketing and PR functions.
Great content is key to effective storytelling, more than ever in this noisy world where cutting through is a constant challenge. This role will help to ensure that Creandum and its portfolios’ stories are brought to life with compelling and high quality content across a range of formats and channels. They will also ensure that Creandum is leveraging the latest cutting-edge AI tools in its marketing efforts.

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, design, and digital strategy.

  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a portfolio that showcases creative work across multiple formats (web, social, video, motion video, presentations, etc.).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or equivalent design tools, with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable working across technical platforms and quickly adapting to new tools and technologies.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and testing and trying out the latest innovations, as well as working with startups.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to lead end-to-end content initiatives
Responsibilities
  • Developing and owning innovative content strategies that align and support Creandum’s overall marketing strategy and plan.
  • Ensuring Creandum’s brand is applied consistently across all channels and content.
  • Creating visual assets to support marketing initiatives - from social posts to event branding to video content.
  • Managing relationships with freelance or agency design partners and ensuring deliverables are to a high standard.
  • Managing, maintaining and upgrading Creandum’s website + owning relationship with developers.
  • Owning the adoption of AI tools within Creandum’s marketing efforts.
  • Supporting Portfolio companies with marketing/communications needs and fundraising announcements.
  • Partnering closely with the investment team to support all of their marketing needs - from branding for events through to content for LinkedIn posts.
  • Partnering closely with the events manager to ensure the successful execution of Creandum events.
  • Report, plan and balance objectives and results on a quarterly basis.
