LOCATION: REIGATE, SURREY (ON-SITE)

We’re looking for a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience in content marketing, journalism, communications, or related fields who’s looking to build a career in brand storytelling and B2B customer marketing.
You’ll work closely with our Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our audience. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s curious, eager to learn, and wants to develop into a strategic communicator over time.

• Support the development of brand messaging and content strategy.
• Help create engaging campaign materials, including emails, brochures, landing pages, and product pages.
• Research and write customer-focused stories and case studies that bring our products to life.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client needs and market pain points.
• Assist in managing the editorial calendar and content production processes.
• Learn how to apply JTBD (Jobs to Be Done) insights and storytelling techniques to content creation.
• Use feedback and data to optimize content for clarity, relevance, and lead conversion.
