Enzyme Communications is a specialist science communication agency. We exist to tell stories about the cutting-edge science that is changing the world around us. We are a growing agency with a challenger mindset. We work with global companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
We are looking for an experienced Content Management Administrator who wants an opportunity to work on a large-scale upcoming project.
This is a freelance contract role, starting from mid-June. This role is suited for someone who has 1 or more years experience in a digital agency or similar and is looking for a new opportunity to be a part of a ground-breaking project.
This role will be integral to delivery and fast-paced environment, joining our project delivery team managing a wide range of deliverables that involve print, animation, web, print and content localisation of clinical trial materials in over 50 languages. You will be involved in the localisation of Salesforce websites using the CMS template functionality already developed.
As a Content Management Administrator, you will be setting up and populating pre-built websites with translated content in various languages, using a variety of CMS features ranging from custom labels to HTML coding. You will report directly to the Account Director.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IT, Computing, Marketing or similar)
  • At least 1 year’s experience in HTML development
  • Highly experienced in managing websites using content management systems
  • Experienced in using Salesforce or similar platforms to populate websites
  • Experience with multi-lingual websites and working in foreign languages (translation not needed, but you will be required to work with content in other languages)
  • Self-motivated, passionate and a can-do approach, proactively working to make it happen, with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team, building relationships whilst finding better ways in completing tasks

ADDITIONAL FAVOURABLE SKILLS

  • Experience working within healthcare or biotech company
  • Experience in Salesforce customisation
Responsibilities
  • CMS Management; managing the population process, ensuring the final deliverables are fit for client delivery
  • HTML Editing: When issues arise in the CMS, problem solving using the HTML editor to correct layout and text issues
  • Organisation; working as part of the wider production team by meeting deadlines agreed and aligning to shift in priorities
  • Quality control; collaboration with QAMs and the production team with a high level of scrutiny and attention to detail
