JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

GE HealthCare is seeking a Content Management Leader with strong editorial and writing skillsets. You will be involved in developing and executing strategic content and marketing campaigns for the AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand) region, aligned with the business needs of various business units Imaging, Ultrasound and PCS. You will be responsible for creating impactful content working closely with global, International and AKA segment marketing leaders so that we drive the value chain on content along the different geographies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and proactive marketing professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of creating content
  • Strong experience in developing and executing content creation for product and marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (marketo, workfront, adobe), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Content Streamlining: Optimize content creation, approval, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with International teams to maximize content leverage, ensuring full visibility of available assets and localization for AKA region needs.
  • Engaging Content Creation: Develop and distribute engaging, relevant, and consistent localised content across various platforms, including web, articles, and digital campaigns, in alignment with the Marcom content strategy of different business units. Utilize generative AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale, accelerating production times and reducing costs.
  • Adaptable Content Modules: Create adaptable content modules that can be repurposed across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate across the organization to deliver an effective content marketing strategy for each zone to meet business objectives.
  • Promotion and Awareness: Drive promotion of New Product Introductions (NPIs), product awareness, and product replacement in the AKA region
  • Localised Content Creation: Create relevant personalized content and optimize the path to conversion.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop content for sales enablement materials, such as brochures and videos.
