Were looking for a highly organised and technically minded CMS Manager to oversee our websites and app content, ensuring its accurate, timely, and aligned with our brand and business goals. You’ll also play a leading role in our upcoming CMS migration project, working with internal teams and external agencies to help transition from a monolithic to a headless CMS.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our legacy CMS, ensuring content is accurate and systems meet business needs
  • Lead the deployment and phased migration to a new headless CMS, working with internal teams and external partners
  • Act as content and publishing gatekeeper for websites and app, maintaining standards for accuracy, accessibility, and performance
  • Run regular content audits and support technical SEO and compliance (e.g., cookie standards)
  • Manage the change control process for all platform updates and deployments
  • Test and validate new functionality, including regression testing key user journeys
  • Develop and maintain best practice policies and user guides for CMS usage
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams, acting as the subject matter expert on CMS tools and workflows
  • Provide first-line support for digital content and CMS issues, escalating as neede
