StrapsCo is a leading e-commerce company specializing in watch bands and accessories. We are passionate about creating innovative, high-quality products for watch enthusiasts around the world. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our paid video content strategy and are looking for a skilled Content Manager to take charge.
Role Overview
The Content Manager will be responsible for scaling StrapsCo’s paid video content production. This role requires a balance of creative vision, project management, and hands-on execution. The right candidate will oversee the entire video content pipeline—managing concepts, talent, locations, shoots, editing, and distribution—while ensuring content is optimized for paid media performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 2 high-quality video shoots per week (including pre-production, production, and post-production) with the help of our creative team
  • Oversee creative development: storyboarding, concept creation, styling, and product presentation.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and identify opportunities to outsource or expand resources where needed.
  • Manage talent sourcing and coordination (models, creators, influencers).
  • Scout and secure locations for shoots that align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing to track content performance, adapt creative direction to maximize ROI, and ensure videos are optimized for paid campaigns across social, search, and display platforms.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand video output.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content management, video production, or creative direction, ideally within e-commerce or paid media.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple shoots per week, team members, and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Ads).
  • Experience with creative briefing, talent management, and production workflows.
  • Hands-on skills in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, Capcut or similar) are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and branding.
