The Role
We are looking for someone who can own our content strategy, drive growth, and make sure every piece of content we put out is purposeful. You’ll be responsible for all our channels, setting up big shoots, and leading our talented team to ensure HelpBnk’s mission reaches millions.

• Own and manage all content channels, ensuring alignment with our mission
• Plan and execute big, creative shoots that capture attention
• Grow our content platforms by at least 20% every quarter (but actually think: how do we explode this?)
• Manage and lead our existing content team
• Work closely with department heads to align content with wider company goals
• Bring energy, leadership, and strategic thinking to everything we create
