Description

Permanent Position, Full- or Part-Time, Berlin
We are looking for an experienced and scientifically qualified Content Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our communication efforts. You will be responsible for creating content that reflects the precision, depth, and innovation of our work in genetics. This role requires a strong background in genetics or molecular biology , combined with excellent writing skills and strategic thinking.

ABOUT US

In our laboratories in Munich and Berlin, we offer you customized diagnostics from a single source. At our accredited headquarters in Martinsried near Munich, we cover all major diagnostic specialties under one roof: our institute’s multidisciplinary expertise ranges from human genetics to laboratory medicine, transfusion medicine, microbiology/virology and pathology. Our experienced specialists and scientists can therefore provide you with direct advice on many issues.
Through our numerous specialist practices, we offer you access to genetic counseling throughout Germany, whether in person at our branch offices in Berlin, Hanover, Augsburg, Kempten and Potsdam, or conveniently and regardless of location via our telemedicine service.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage high-quality content for brochures, catalogs, case studies, white papers, and order forms—ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Translate complex genetic and diagnostic topics into accessible language for both expert and general audiences, across print and digital formats.
  • Prepare product launch presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and update content on our website ( medicover-genetics.com ) to reflect new services and scientific developments.
  • Develop content for LinkedIn and other platforms to position Medicover Genetics as a thought leader.
  • Lead the creation of our monthly “New in Genetics” newsletter for internal stakeholders, including Directors and General Managers.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with scientific, regulatory, and strategic goals.
