Job Title: Content Manager - Telematics
Location: Arden Square, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, CW1 6HA

Radius is seeking a Content Manager to join our telematics business unit marketing team. In the role, you will focus on telematics marketing programmes that drive demand for our products and services and engage effectively with current customers.
The role will report into the Head of Marketing – Telematics and will involve working closely with marketing colleagues both in the telematics division, central marketing functions, and colleagues around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the content on our radius.com website, as it relates to telematics
• Creating and managing engaging content that supports sales, and the wider customer experience
• Liaising with international colleagues to ensure the delivery of content for local use outside of the UK & Ireland
• Work with the product management team to understand product releases and associated content requirements
• Support marketing campaigns to deliver engaging email marketing and other content as required
• Identify and follow-up opportunities to tell customer stories

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong interest in content creation and management
• Effective project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of telematics, SaaS, or a related technology industry is desirable
