We’re hiring a Content Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where content directly impacts revenue, conversion, and growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of users experience our ads on search and social, comparison sites, quiz funnels, and recommendation environments. Responsibilities Research, plan, create, and optimize content across comparison pages, landing pages, quizzes, and advertorials Use performance data to improve CTR, CVR, engagement, and overall results Collaborate closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Business teams to align messaging with growth strategy Conduct market and competitor research to identify new content opportunities Manage freelancers and maintain high editorial standards Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with brand voice Leverage GenAI tools to scale content production, research, and optimization workflows Requirements Mother-tongue English (U.S. market fluency required) 2+ years of experience in digital content, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or comparison sites Strong understanding of SEO and intent-driven content Comfort working with performance data to inform decisions Experience working on content tied directly to revenue or lead generation Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments is highly valued Experience using GenAI tools to enhance and scale content production Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams Self-starter mindset with high ownership Advantages null
