SENIOR CONTENT MANAGER

On behalf of our Marketing client, Procom is searching for a Content Manager - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This project focuses on strategic campaign management and technical leadership within marketing automation. This role is focused on campaign strategy, scalability, risk reduction, and technical leadership within marketing automation.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience.
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience.
• 3+ years of current or prior Schwab/TDA experience.
• Working knowledge of Workfront.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in a matrixed or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge of email asset development compliance requirements.
• Experience with agile practices.
• Experience with managing shared knowledge bases.

• Manage and support ongoing campaign strategies and execution.
• Lead technical and non-technical partners in delivering scalable communication solutions.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with strategic technology vision.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for multi-channel communication journeys.
• Develop and manage reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to solve complex problems.
